However, if you are not satisfied with any jewelry item, you may return it within 20
days of the shipping date for a credit, refund, resize or exchange. No Hassles.
Exchange for a re-size: We
know that a proper fitted Toe Ring is a must for a satisfied customer. If upon arrival, your new Toe Ring (after following our “how to” instructions) is not exactly the size you want, simply
re-mail it to the address below in it’s original or protective packaging (for your protection we also recommend insuring it) with a note saying whether you want the ring a little bigger or smaller.
We will quickly return the new sized ring to you for no charge. This of course applies to finger, knuckle and thumb rings as well.
Return for a credit or refund:
We kindly ask that you ship the unworn item to us in perfect condition its original or protective packaging (we recommend insuring it) to the address below. Upon receipt of the return, we will
promptly refund or credit you the full purchase price (excluding any applicable shipping costs) plus tax.
