Get Fitted Toe Rings and Ear Cuffs

	Sized Toe Rings




		Lubricate toe with Windex, soapy water, or lotion




		Pull and wiggle the ring past the toe tip. This should be slightly difficult




		Toe Ring should nestle in the center of the toe, in between the knuckles


	Note: Ring should have a little play (for daily swelling), but not so loose that it presses the adjacent toes uncomfortably in enclosed shoes. Do not check fit when toe is wet with lubrication. Dry toe completely, then check fit.


	Adjustable Toe Rings




		Lubricate toe with Windex, soapy water, or lotion

Note: Adjustable Toe Rings can get a bad name as they can break from mishandling. To prevent this, NEVER pull the ring apart widely. It will certainly create stress fractures, and sooner or later will break in half. If you need to expand the ring to fit over your toe tip, slide onto a larger finger and let the size of your finger stretch it open. Then, use lubrication if needed to slide it on and off the toe tip to prevent unneccessary bending.

Ear Cuffs and Ear Wraps




	Starting at the top of the ear, hook Ear Cuff from front to back over the top ridge. Pop over.




		Slide Ear Cuff down the ear rolling inwards at the middle of the ear.




	Roll inwards and slide down until Ear Cuff rests on the lower cartilage. It should feel secure and comforatble.


	Note: Do not size or squeeze Ear Cuff while on the ear. If you need it tighter or looser, remove and make very small adjustments off of the ear. A useful tool for shaping and sizing an Ear Cuff is a ball point pin cap or a Sharpie marker.


	Cartilage Ear Cuffs




	Starting at the middle of the ear, hook Cartilage Cuff from front to back over the middle ridge - pop over.




		Slide Cartilage Ear Cuff up the ear into the thicker cartilage.


	Note: Do not make adjustments or squeeze cuff while on the ear. Cartilage Cuffs should fit snug, but not tight. If needed, make very small adjustments at a time. A ball point pen cap or a Sharpie marker are useful tools to size or shape your Cuff.


	Ear Coils and Ear Spirals




	Locate the “round” (not flattened) shorter wire. Line up the wire (essentially the “post”portion )with the hole in your ear.




	Push and turn the wire through. If it does not go through easily, use some lubrication on the hole. Once through, spin down to the top end of the earring.




	Occasionally, your Ear Spiral may bend out of shape. They are very easy to reshape. Simply slide a #2 round pencil with eraser to the top of the earring. Gently press back into shape

Note: If you haven’t worn an earring for a few days, clear your hole first with a straight earring post before putting your Ear Spirals in. When not wearing your Ear Spirals, store them in a box to keep their shape.
